CHECK-IN
On arrival, after settling in your room, you fill out your wellness info sheet with the help of our representative. You are informed in detail about the wellness activities and can register to any according to your condition & wishes.
Our team happily helps those guests who would like to join the sports activities.
Discussion groups on relevant subjects are held on pre-scheduled days during the week.
NUTRITION

SPORTS ACTIVITIES
There are sportive activities in our resort that you can benefit from during your daily program. Short or long walks, gymnastics, gymnastics with equipment, swimming (pool or sea depending on your preference), and water exercises. Please get in touch with our consultants for further information.
The 12 km. walkway that stretches along the seaside from İçmeler to Marmaris allows you to walk among pine trees any time of the day. Hikes on trails in pine forests can be arranged on request.
You have the option to take tennis lessons at our hotel. Please apply to the Front Desk. Should you want to rent a bike, you can apply also to the Front Desk.
Your days & evenings are colored by surprising activities organized by our Entertainment Manager. You can spend your evenings watching movies in our Game and TV Room or joining in the various activities.
