Yazıcı Hotels, by prioritizing guest satisfaction above all, has adopted as a principle to comply with national and international legal requirements and its own standards in all products, services, and Management Systems (Sustainability, Quality, Food Safety, Energy), as well as in processes related to energy efficiency, energy use, and energy consumption.In all Management System processes, we commit to researching and adopting technologies that cause the least harm to the environment, ensure energy efficiency, follow technological innovations, and make gradual improvements.To provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and business partners, we raise awareness through training so that our employees recognize their fundamental duty not to endanger their own, our suppliers’, or our guests’ health and safety. Reviewing our risk analyses and continuously improving the prevention culture constitutes the foundation of our Occupational Health and Safety policy. Resolving guest complaints from all platforms, providing feedback to our guests, analyzing suggestions, requests, and complaints, and turning them into opportunities for improvement are among our core values.

Yazıcı Hotels, in line with the principles of sustainable development, considers the prevention of harassment and exploitation as one of its core institutional priorities, ensuring that all employees, guests, and business partners operate in a safe, respectful, and fair environment.
Accordingly, our organization:
Upholds the principles of human dignity, equality, and ethical conduct in all its operations.
Enforces a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of physical, verbal, sexual, or psychological harassment, abuse, and exploitation.
Acts in full compliance with national and international standards against forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and all forms of labor exploitation.
Provides safe working conditions for all employees and ensures fair and respectful treatment at all times.
